About us

The Platform is operated by AGM Consulting Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR (Unique Business Identifier 80172790), with its registered office at Unit B, 11/F, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong SAR, China. The Platform is embedded inside the elec.work workspace operated by ELEC Fleet Technologies; their terms apply to that surrounding workspace and are independent of these Terms.

Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• be at least 18 years old and of legal capacity in your country of residence;
• have a lawful basis under the laws of the destination country to apply for placement-based employment;
• provide accurate, complete, and current information when asked, and keep it updated.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Each account is for one person — you may not share an account with anyone else. You must notify us immediately at alex@agm.careers if you suspect your account has been used without your authorisation. We may suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

What the Platform does

Through the Platform, AGM provides the following services:

• Consultancy — onboarding, profile verification, agreement issuance, and the administrative steps that go with the candidate placement journey.
• Training — structured online courses, server-graded quizzes, and certificates of completion in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
• Agreement signing — digital signing of placement agreements with a signed-PDF copy, per-clause acknowledgments, and a full audit trail.
• Payment lifecycle — invoicing, recording of bank-transfer payments, refunds, and credit notes.

Fees and payments

Fees, currencies (EUR), and installment schedules are set out in the placement agreement you sign before being asked to pay. Payments are made by bank transfer; we do not currently use a payment gateway and we never see your card data. Once you upload a transfer proof, an AGM administrator reconciles it and marks the installment as paid; you will receive an invoice. Refunds are issued under the conditions set out in your agreement and are processed to the originating bank account where reasonably possible. Credit notes are issued when an invoice is voided and reissued.

Training and certificates

Training is delivered online through the Platform. Quizzes are graded server-side and have a maximum number of attempts as configured per course; passing all required quizzes triggers issuance of your completion certificate, which you can verify via the public certificate-verification page. AGM owns the training content; your certificate is non-transferable and reflects your individual completion.

Third-party services

The Platform integrates with elec.work for single sign-on and pipeline events, with Twilio SendGrid for email delivery, and with Vercel for hosting and file storage. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their respective terms; AGM is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions but selects and configures them with reasonable care.

Prohibited use

When using the Platform, you must not:

• share your account credentials with anyone, or use someone else's credentials;
• scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content or personal data from the Platform other than your own;
• attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the security of the Platform;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false documents or misrepresenting your identity;
• copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the training content, certificates, or other materials made available through the Platform.

Intellectual property

All content made available through the Platform — including training materials, agreement templates, page layouts, certificates, and the Platform itself — is owned by AGM Consulting Limited or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access this content for the purpose of completing your placement journey. All other rights are reserved.

No guarantee of placement

AGM provides consultancy and training services. Completion of training, signing of agreements, and payment of installments do not in themselves guarantee employment, the issuance of any visa or work permit, or any specific outcome with a Romanian employer. Visa, immigration, and work-permit decisions are made by competent authorities outside our control. Document management, work-permit processing, and the placement match itself are handled by elec.work and the relevant employer; AGM's role is limited to the services described in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. AGM's aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to AGM in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, if continued access poses a security or compliance risk, or if your placement journey ends for any reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting alex@agm.careers. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued — including outstanding fees, signed agreements, and our retention obligations.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that AGM may bring proceedings to enforce these Terms in any jurisdiction where you reside or where AGM may suffer harm.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Where changes are material we will notify you in advance by email or in-app message. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
